We are obligated to read all documents and text supplied to us even if it is duplicated or not necessary to complete the estimate. Where this is the case, projects may incur additional costs due to the extra time involved.

We offer free amendments (minor alterations to the existing estimate) on estimates over £150 provided a clear list is provided.
Additional items and amendments in excess of 20 mins are chargeable at £50 per hour.
